2. Description of Service

PlanFi is an AI-powered lesson planning platform designed for Zambian teachers. Our service provides:

  • AI-assisted lesson plan generation
  • Curriculum-aligned content based on ECZ standards
  • Test and assessment creation tools
  • Export functionality for lesson plans

3. User Accounts

To use PlanFi, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PlanFi are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the lesson plans you create, but grant us a license to store and process them to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of PlanFi require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

7. Limitation of Liability

PlanFi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
